Return and Exchange Policy

2. Right to Return and Exchange

2.1. You have the right to return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.2. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your item.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

3.1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. 

3.2. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

3.3. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, personalized items, and sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return and Exchange Process

4.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at judalini@judalini.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

4.2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. 

4.3. Our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).

5. Shipping and Handling

5.1. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is defective or we have made an error. 

5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. 

5.3. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds

6.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

6.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. 

6.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

7.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify the desired item when contacting Customer Service. 

7.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

7.3. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

8.1. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. 

8.2. We will provide instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item and cover the return shipping costs. 

8.3. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

9. Legal Compliance

9.1. This Return and Exchange Policy is governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the EU, including the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and other relevant legislation.

9.2. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
